1. Scripture for this Sunday – Luke 2:21-24
This Sunday Jack begins a new series of sermons from Luke’s Gospel in which we consider some of the critical moments and major turning points in the life and ministry of Jesus, reflecting on what they meant to Him and how they impact us. These are the “Milestones” that shaped Jesus’ mission and our own.

10. Finance Update Year End 2012 – With great thankfulness to God, we report the total amount given by the congregation in 2012 was about $582,000.  This amount is just below the $590,000 budget approved by the congregation at the February 2012 annual meeting.  As total expenses are expected to be under budget, it is anticipated we will end the year with a small surplus.  Also, rental income from the school property exceeds the school expenses and mortgage payments, which meets the mortgage covenants for the year.  We thank each member of the congregation for their financial contributions.
