Welcome to our Family Ministry page!

Our ministry is dedicated to supporting families and helping children grow in their faith. We offer a range of programs and activities that are designed to help families build relationships with Jesus and with one another.

We offer Sunday School for children between the ages of 4 and 12. On Sunday morning, please take your children to the HUB desk in the lobby.

Our Sunday School program is a fun and engaging way for children to learn about the Bible and grow in their faith. We offer two classes, one for ages 3-5 and another for kids ages 6-12. Our dedicated teachers use the Life Way curriculum in our Sunday school classes for kids ages 6-12. Our age-appropriate materials and activities help children connect with the stories and teachings of the Bible.

Nursery Care

We understand that it can be challenging for parents to attend church services with young children. That's why we offer a nursery care program during our Sunday services. Our experienced volunteers provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers so that parents can participate in the worship service

Jewels (Age 3-5)

Children between the ages of 3 and 5 can join our Jewels program, taught by the wonderful Ms. Janet. In this program, children will learn about the basic stories of the Bible, including Creation, Noah's Ark, King David, and more. Each lesson is taught 3-4 times, and repetition helps cement these stories in the minds of the children. By the end of the program, they will be able to tell their parents about their favourite Bible characters and who Jesus is. The Jewels program meets during the 10am service upstairs near the washrooms. Parents must pick up their children at the end of the service.

Kids' Ministry

For children between the ages of 6-12. In Kids' Ministry, we meet as a large group to sing and hear the word of God, and then break into small groups to create, play and study. We use the Life Way curriculum, which is a bible study that tackles real-life issues while creating a safe environment for kids to have spiritual conversations. Our goal is to help kids know Christ, live in community together, and impact the world around them. Kids' Ministry classrooms are located upstairs, where we meet during the service. A parent must pick up their child at the end of the church service.

Every person who serves in Kids Ministry, from Nursery to Youth, has had a criminal record check completed for your peace of mind.

Parenting Support

We understand that parenting can be both rewarding and challenging. That's why we offer a range of parenting support resources, including workshops and classes. Our goal is to provide parents with the tools and knowledge they need to raise happy, healthy, and spiritually grounded children.

Church Planning Center: We would like all parents with kids at St. Paul's to review their information in Church Planning Center to ensure we are up to date on any important changes (addresses, phone numbers, medical issues, etc.). Log in with your email or phone number here.

Playgroup

We are thrilled to offer a playgroup as part of our Family Ministry program. Our drop-in playgroup meets every Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:30 am and is a fun and safe environment for young children to socialize and play, while parents and caregivers can connect with one another. We provide age-appropriate toys and activities, as well as snacks and refreshments. Our playgroup is open to children from birth to age five and is held weekly. We believe that playgroup is an excellent opportunity for families to build relationships with one another and form a sense of community.

We welcome families from all backgrounds and walks of life and aim to provide a safe and inclusive space for everyone. If you have any questions or would like more information, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our ministry!
