Who we are

St. Paul’s believes God wants us to be and make disciples of Jesus Christ. A disciple is one who not only believes in Jesus but who also follows Him in every aspect of life. We want to grow as disciples and we want others to know God’s love and grace in Jesus and come to also follow Him.

Established in 1956, St. Paul’s has been actively involved in serving in Canada’s Capital Region for over 60 years!  Part of The Presbyterian Church in Canada, St. Paul’s welcomes people from all over the world to share with us in the worship of God, and the celebration of His grace in Jesus Christ.

Every Sunday through the year, our clear focus is on teaching the Word of God, in both our Contemporary and more Traditional worship services. We would be delighted to have you join us next Sunday for worship.

What we do

We believe God calls us to be:

A unified church,
On mission in the city,
Known for our contribution,
Equipping families and
Multiplying disciples.

Discover

In Scripture we discover Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and we strive to know Him and know about Him.

Live

Jesus calls us to follow Him; as disciples we strive to live lives that reflect God’s grace and love in Jesus Christ as we join Him in His mission to the world.

Celebrate

We gather to worship God as a community of faith and we are sent out into the community continuing to honour God with our lives.

What we Believe

The Living God has revealed himself to us in Jesus Christ and is at work in our lives by his Holy Spirit.
We are saved by God’s grace alone through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Bible is God’s unique, inspired Word addressed to each of us individually, to the church, and to the world.
At the heart of the Christian life is Jesus’ call upon us to love God with all we are and to love people as we love ourselves.
God sends us into the world and calls us to show Jesus Christ in all we do and say.
The church is Christ together with His people called to worship Him and serve Him in all of life.
