1. Freud’s Last Session – St. Paul’s will be the venue for 9th Hour Theatre Company’s latest intriguing production, “Freud’s Last Session” starting today May 3 to 5. Tickets will cost $10 each.
2. St. Paul’s Clean-Up Day – tomorrow, Saturday, May 4 (8:00 a.m. to noon). Volunteers are desperately needed to complete some necessary tasks around the church. Please consider helping your church! Work will be done mostly outside. No experience necessary! Please bring some work gloves and a rake, if you can. Snacks and a delicious lunch will be provided. Join us and help prepare the church property for spring while you share warm fellowship and good food.
3. Overseas Mission Fellowship – All are welcome to attend OMF International's annual Heart for Asia conference tomorrow, May 4th, 2013 at Emmanuel Alliance Church of Ottawa from 1-6 p.m. including supper. There will be good speakers and good fellowship. There is also a special children's program with a mission's emphasis included. Brochures with more details are in the narthex.

The Sacrament of Holy Baptism – We rejoice that we celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism as Rebecca Akuoko-Asibey comes to the font to acknowledge God’s grace, profess her faith and commit herself to Christian discipleship. Rebecca has been nurtured in the faith at home and at St. Paul’s, and you can read her current involvement in the “Epicentre” section on the back of today’s bulletin. Our Youth Pastor, Jeremy Sauvé, will assist Jack in the Sacrament today.
6. Family Fellowship – The Family Fellowship Group will meet this Sunday, May 5 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the church. All families with young children are invited for a potluck dinner and fellowship. 7. Community Garage Sale at St. Paul’s – Saturday, May 11, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in St. Paul’s parking lot. We hope to familiarize the neighbourhood surrounding St. Paul’s with our facilities and programs and to raise funds for The Mission. The neighbourhood surrounding our church has had an opportunity to book sale tables. Space remains for those at St. Paul's to reserve sale tables. The youth will sell a BBQ lunch and Pioneers will offer coffee and a treat. All participants are encouraged to make a generous donation to the Mission from their sales. 8. You’re Invited – A farewell party will be held for Marian and Jack Archibald at St. Paul's on Saturday, June 1, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please join us for dessert and fellowship in Campbell Hall, followed by a program in the sanctuary.
9. Carrie’s Book and Mission Trip – Carrie Marston has published her first book, titled Catch Me If You Can, for teenaged girls. A copy has been donated to the church library. She would love to talk to you about the experience of writing her book and has copies for sale as well. Carrie is also going on a short mission trip to Peru this summer. She is going with Big World Ventures for June 29-July 21. If you would like to know more about her trip and how you can help, please contact her at 613-592-9171.
