6. Sonrise National Park Summer Camp Announcement – Ninety Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 children participated in our summer camp this year. It was a tremendous success! The children enjoyed music, crafts, games, Bible stories and snacks as they learned more about God's love throughout the week. We would like to thank the dedicated and energetic camp organizers, leaders and volunteers without whom the camp would not have been possible. Many thanks also to the members of the congregation who donated food and drinks, craft materials, decorations and provided prayer support.
7. Saturday Morning Prayer Fellowship – Everyone is invited to our next Prayer Fellowship meeting on Saturday, August 11 at 8:00 a.m. in the Resource Centre. Please join us as we pray for our church, our community, our world, missions and those in the congregation who need special prayer.
8. Summer Refreshment Help – We are very thankful for the volunteers who have kindly served refreshments each Sunday this summer. At this point, we still need helpers for August 12, 19 and 26. Juice and disposable cups will be supplied. If you could help with this easy task, please sign the sheet in the narthex. Also, if you would like to supply cookies (either purchased or home-made), please indicate which date you would provide the treats on the sign-up sheet.

Anyone wishing to make a donation toward St. Paul’s Solar Power Project may do so by placing their donation in an envelope clearly marked “Solar Project Donation”. Thank you to our Property Manager (Reg Wylie) and the Board of Managers for this initiative.
11. Resource Centre News – The Library Team is expanding the sparse children's section and would very much appreciate any donations from the congregation.
We are also working on a revised Youth Section (both fiction and non-fiction). Some books in this section are now ready for take out.
Several sections/categories are being moved so take a look to see where your favourites are located – especially the fiction, missions and prayer sections.
The team has worked hard to alphabetize the 80 plus Bible Study booklets. We would appreciate it if users would try to maintain this system. Please note that any extra copies of studies are stored in the lower cupboards. Please refer to the labels.
12. French Bible Story Books are now available for loan from the Resource Centre for children in the 8 to 12 age range. Please encourage your child to borrow these resources so they can strengthen their language skills while reading beautiful Bible stories
13. St Paul’s website – you can always discover more about St Paul’s for example the church calendar, the newsletter as well as recordings of our services at: www.stpaulspcottawa.com
