Single Services during the Holidays – for this Sun. Dec. 29 and Sun. Jan. 5, we will have single services at 10:30am. Tina Arthur will share her testimony with us on Dec. 29. On Jan. 5, Rev. Terri Mazik will be our guest speaker. Rev. Mazik is a representative from First Place Options, a Christian support centre for unplanned pregnancies.
Help us celebrate – After many years of dedicated service to St. Paul’s, Bob Hastings has decided to retire. Bob has served faithfully as our Caretaker handling a wide variety of duties including: setting up and taking down tables and chairs, shoveling snow, tending to the gardens, taking out garbage and opening and closing the building for the groups that use the church. We invite the congregation to join us in Campbell Hall after today’s service to honour and celebrate Bob.
Ratanak Meeting in January – The next Ratanak prayer meeting will be January 14, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
Thinking Ahead to 2014 – The deadline for Team reports for the 2013 Annual Report is WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15. If you submit your report electronically please use a plain font with no “fancy” formatting. It would be helpful if you could submit some photos to illustrate your report. Birthday Wishes – Best wishes go out to Alvin (Wilbur) Arthur from your St. Paul’s family. Alvin, Father of Lynn Arthur-Beirness, will be celebrating his 95th birthday on December 31. Congratulations Alvin!
Can You Help – We need CLEAN, plastic containers WITH LIDS (e.g. yogurt or cottage cheese) to use at the Food Bank. If you can help, please leave your clean containers in the grey Food Bank bin located in the centre of the Narthex.
