6. Congregational Questionnaire – Deadline June 30, 2013. As the Search Team begins its work to find a new Senior Minister, they would like your input . . . what skills do you think our new Minister should have? . . . what areas of ministry should we focus on? etc. To assist in this information gathering process the team would request that everyone, high school age and above, complete a Congregational Questionnaire. Please put your completed questionnaire in the box marked "Completed Congregational Questionnaire" which is in the Narthex. Extra copies of the questionnaire are available beside the box. If you would like to have an electronic copy of the questionnaire so you can complete it on your computer and submit it by email, please send a request to Frances Cartwright at office@stpaulspcottawa.com. All surveys should be returned by June 30, 2013. Thank you for your assistance in this important part of the search process. Also, please pray for the Team, for the person God is calling to be our new Senior Minister and, of course, for the ongoing ministry at St. Paul's.
7. Summer Refreshment Volunteers Needed – Starting on Sunday, June 30, we will need volunteers to serve juice during the fellowship time after the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Don’t worry, you will not be asked to wash dishes. You only need to serve the juice which is stored in the fridge. Here’s a very easy way to serve your church – and you can make more friends in the process! Please sign the sheet in the narthex.
