Scott and Beth began their service with OMF International in July of 2009. For seven years, Scott served as the Chief Information Officer, responsible for Information Technology for the Fellowship, including systems (personnel, finance, medical, communications, etc.), policy, and information security and risk management.

In November of 2016, Scott took a new role as the Deputy International Director for Fellowship Services, responsible for all of the support ministry services in OMF: Personnel, Mobilisation, Evangelisation, Training & Development, Finance & Administration, and Information Technology. In April of 2018, Scott was appointed as the International Director for Fellowship Services as part of the International Leadership Team.

During their time in Singapore Beth spent eight years teaching math in the Middle Years and High School International Baccalaureate programme at the Canadian International School in Singapore, At the end of 2018, Beth retired from teaching to serve in the Training and Development team within OMF. Scott and Beth returned to Canada in December of 2020 and now serve as the Director for Personnel and Member Care Coordinator for OMF Canada, responsible for supporting all OMF Canada’s missionary workers both in Canada and abroad.

Scott and Beth grew up in Kirkland Lake, Ontario and both graduated from Queen’s University in the mid-80s. They have two adult children, Anne and Andrew, who are both married.

Andrew and his wife Claire and their two children, Adara and Vivian, live in Ottawa, Canada. Anne and Coleman live in  Pennsylvania, USA. They have four children: Samuel, Eleanor,  Miriam and Deborah.
